Greyhound Spritzer
1. 2 oz sparkling water, 4 oz Grapefruit juice, .5 oz of rosemary syrup, Sprig of rosemary. In a tall glass filled with ice combine the rosemary simple syrup and grapefruit juice. Stir then top with sparkling water and stir again. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
To make this an alcoholic drink – cut out sparkling Water and add 2 oz of Vodka
