Ingredients: Organic Cane Sugar, Organic White Vinegar, Green Tomatoes, and Cilantro.
Refrigerate after opening.
Tomato Spritz
1/4 ounce gin, 2 ounces extra-dry vermouth, 1 3/4 ounces green tomato - cilantro, chilled club soda, chilled prosecco, garnish: green tomato wedge.
Add all ingredients except club soda and prosecco into a Collins glass filled with ice and stir to combine. Top with equal parts club soda and prosecco, and stir briefly and gently to combine.
