4 oz of apple juice, 1 oz apple-pear syrup, Sparkling Mineral Water, Apple slice
Fill a highball (tall) glass to the top with ice, add apple juice, apple-pear syrup, and top with sparkling water. Stir until mixed. Garnished with an apple slice
To make this an alcoholic drink – cut down apple juice to 1oz and add 3 oz of Vodka
