Cucumber Basil Gimlet
1.5 oz Lime Juice
1.5 oz Simplest Simple Syrup
2 oz Vodka
6 Basil Leaves
4 Cucumber Slices
Muddle basil leaves and cucumber in a cocktail shaker. Add lime juice, syrup, vodka, and ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice and garnish with basil and cucumber
French Lemon 75
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz of Lemon-Basil Simple Syrup
1 oz Gin
4 oz Sparkling Wine
Basil leaf and lemon wheel for garnish
Add the lemon juice, gin, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a Champagne flute. Top with the sparkling wine. Garnish with a basil leaf and lemon wheel
Lavender Pina Colada
2 oz Gold Rum
1.5 oz Cream of Coconut
1 oz Lavender Simple Syrup
1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
Ice
Pineapple Wedge (Garnish)
Cherry(Garnish)
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin, fill with ice and shake vigorously to blend ingredients. Pour all ingredients into a blender. Blend until ice is completely crushed (approx. 30 secs). Pour into a double old-fashioned or highball glass. Garnish with pineapple and cherry
